Lawn Maintenance
Lawns shall be mowed more frequently during the active growing season and as needed during all other seasons. During extended rainy or dry periods mowing will take place as conditions dictate. Mowing height will be determined based on the horticultural standard for the turf variety and season.

Landscape Bed Maintenance
Weed control service shall keep beds reasonably free of broad leaf or grassy weeds, preferably with pre-emergent and/or post emergent contact herbicides. Weeds over 1' will be pulled during initial treatment.

Landscape Bed Mulching

Shrub Pruning
Shrubs shall be pruned as necessary to maintain the natural form of the plant, maintain growth within space limitations and to eliminate damaged or diseased wood.  This excludes pruning necessitated by storm damage, disease, neglected overgrowth or winter kill.

Trimming and Edging
Ground cover will be edged and trimmed as necessary to keep grass within bounds and out of landscape beds.

Irrigation
We maintain and repair irrigation systems.

Clean Up
All areas to be completely blown free of all lawn debris.
